This AirRunners suspension is something I don’t plan to do some extreme driving. I know that coilovers is a plus for sport driving that’s why I want more answers for airbags for Lexus cars.

for VIP style, air runners will be your best bet. You will want it for the easy lowering and raising of your car. However, they do provide a harsh ride and you may not be comfortable with it.
Coilovers can also slam the car, but it is harder to adjust (because you have to raise the car and adjust each side manually). However, coilovers offer a dampening system which allow you to “dial-in” to your own comfortable damper settings.
