Biggest tires i can clear on 2002 dodge ram 1500?

Looking to get mud or all terrain tries on my 2002 dodge ram 1500 with stock suspension. Thinking about 295/70/17R. But not sure if tires will clear without a lift. im going to put a 2″ leveling kit on the front.

you can test fit any tire in minutes
you be looking for three fingers of space behind tire between tire and back of fender
and same when wheels turned on frame most trucks can go three size up without any rubbing
but best you test fit a tire before buying it any tire shop wouldnt mind helping you pick the right tire its what we do
its not the lift that makes room its space between back side of wheel and between fender and tire
might clear one but need to clear both two inches will clear fender im sure but not sure about when wheels turned
