A friend of mine from southern calif used to live close to were they shot the show....He said that they had 25 to 30 cars lined up at all times...They crashed alot of chargers...Most were 318 cars....Thankfully...</description>

They actually used more than one Charger in the Dukes of Hazard. When they were getting ready to do the series, the producers bought several Chargers. This is because the cars were trashed by some of the landings and were unusable after wards. Same thing with Knight rider. In the program, pay attention to the front of the cars after they land after a jump scene. You can see the front ends crumpling just before they cut to the next scene.</description>

the general lee car had lateral link bars welded to the the uni frame on it ,what your doing is asking to get hurt if you keep trying to do things that you see on the movies,and its very costly also,the car they used in the movies was set up especially to do stunts in,good luck.</description>
