Okay to hook up Roadmaster speaker system to front speaker wires?

I already have rear speakers hooked up and the front speakers I hooked up to the factory wires. Is it okay to do this?

If I am understanding your correctly – yes, that is fine. The aftermarket stereo you have installed is also connected to the front factory wires. So adding in the new speakers just connects them to the radio as it should be.
