raise up honda accord 97 with adjusatable suspension?

if its coil overs you just jack up the car take off the tire and twist the little dealy that sits around the springs and it will raise it all the way up or down depending on what way you turn it. ive never heard of that affecting tires so i think hes an idiot. and if you go over bumps and such at an angle you wont scrape.
