Replacing air suspension bags with coil springs on a 1997 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer (2 wheel drive)?

I have a 1997 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer (2 wheel drive) that has a broken air suspension bag on the right rear. To replace the air suspension is very expensive. I wanted to know if I can fix the problem by installing “Coil Springs” instead. If so can I use coils springs from another Ford Expedition that did not come with the air suspension, or could I use coil springs from a Ford F-150 or F-250? I have found coil spring conversion kits on the internet (see below); however I think I can get them much cheaper from a wrecking yard. Lastly how difficult is it to install the coil springs? for that price i would go with the new conversion kit. it will come with special hardware, clips etc. then you’ll know the stuff you buy will fit.
