at one time i found a rear c-notch for a air bag system. this was notch your typical full notch but rather a 1/3 of frame notch. i know tail pipe mod. would be needed. anybody know where i saw this?

i have a 1992 cadillac sedan deville. i recently purchased the vehicle used, and the front suspension appears to have been redone. Although the rear suspension is still the OEM air shock system it came with, i took it to a mechanic and he told me that it could be the air shocks or the compressor pump that just isint working, if thats the case where can i go about getting a pump cheap, or if anyone else has any suggestions its greatly appreciated.
